At Suppliers Direct, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the guidelines below.
14-Day Return Window
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items if they meet the conditions outlined below.
General Products
Products must be:

Unused

In their original packaging

In a resellable condition

Complete with all tags, components, and accessories
Wearables (Clothing, Bags, Accessories, etc.)
Returns are accepted if the item is:

Unworn

Free from stains, marks, odours, or damage

Returned with original tags and packaging
Cosmetics and Beauty Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics can only be returned if:

They are completely unopened

The factory seal is intact

They have not been swatched, tested, or used
Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used cosmetics

Personal care items once opened

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

Used wearables

Clearance items (unless faulty)
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos or video showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement or a refund once verified.
Refunds
After your returned item is inspected and approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:

Submit a return request first

Once approved, we will send your replacement item after the original has been returned
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if the item has not yet been dispatched.
If already shipped, the standard return process applies.
