At Suppliers Direct, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery for all orders. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship your items.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.


Delivery Method

We offer one simple and reliable delivery option:

Standard Delivery: 1–3 Working Days

All orders are shipped using a tracked service.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, or busy periods.


Shipping Rates

A flat delivery fee is applied at checkout.
Occasionally, promotional free-delivery offers may apply.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after dispatch.


Delivery Address Requirements

Please ensure all delivery details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.


Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when delivery is attempted:

  • The courier may leave a calling card

  • The parcel may be taken to a collection point

  • Re-delivery may need to be arranged directly with the courier

Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur re-shipping fees.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or details of the issue

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Lost Parcels

If a parcel is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, we will contact the courier on your behalf.
Refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
